Welcome to Servants Approach Consulting

Servants Approach Consulting

It means to be in the servitude of one another.

Servant Approach Consulting is based on our belief to always be in servitude to others. We believe that we are all created for a purpose, which is first and foremost to serve others wholeheartedly. We believe that individual decisions, whether good or bad, have direct impact on our purpose. From childhood to adulthood, our decisions shape our purpose in life. Sometimes, we make bad decisions that negatively affect us and other people.

This doesn’t mean that our purpose in life is bad. We believe that if we have the will to change the bad decisions to good, we will be better people and the world will be a better place for all. We believe that instead of focusing on self, serving other and making their lives better brings more fulfillments and makes our world better. Servant Approach Consulting has chosen the approach to serve your healthcare needs and we are committed to serving you wholeheartedly.

The common cold is an upper respiratory tract infection caused by many different viruses. The common cold is transmitted by virus-infected airborne droplets or by direct contact with infected secretions.

The flu is caused by influenza viruses that infect the nose, throat, and lungs. These viruses spread when people with flu cough, sneeze or talk, sending droplets with the virus into the air and potentially into the mouths or noses of people who are nearby.

It is important that you seek medical help as soon as you experience any of these symptoms as flu can lead to more serious health problems, like pneumonia.

The most common cause of a cough is a respiratory tract infection, such as a cold or flu. Causes of chronic cough postnasal drip, asthma, especially cough-variant asthma, which causes a cough as the main symptom.

Allergies and Sinusitis can be very uncomfortable.

Dealing with stuffed and swollen nostrils and sinuses is not something that is pleasant.

Sinusitis develops as a result of a cold or allergies and can sometimes be the result of bacterial infection.

When you have a cold or allergies, your sinuses and nose get inflamed, and this prevents mucus from draining.

This can cause pressure on your nose and pain, and it may even cause infection.

People with allergies are more prone to having sinusitis.

Acute pain typically comes on suddenly and has a limited duration.

It's frequently caused by damage to tissue such as bone, muscle, or organs, and the onset is often accompanied by anxiety or emotional distress.

Chronic pain lasts longer than acute pain and is generally somewhat resistant to medical treatment.

It's usually associated with a long-term illness, such as osteoarthritis.

In some cases, such as with fibromyalgia, it's one of the defining characteristics of the disease.

Chronic pain can be the result of damaged tissue, but very often is attributable to nerve damage.

Poor circulation, when there is insufficient blood flow to the part of the body with the wound, it slows down the wound healing process. This often happens in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD) or patients with diabetes. Blood is an important factor in wound healing, as it brings cells to the wound which aid in rebuilding and repairing the damage.

Infection also inhibits a wound’s ability to heal naturally. When a wound becomes infected with a virus, fungus or bacteria, it is less likely to be attacked by white blood cells, which occurs in healthier parts of the body. Being compromised by a wound makes infections difficult to fight, especially if the infection starts on or around the bone. It’s important to correctly diagnose the type of infection and treat it quickly.

Edema is swelling caused by excess fluid trapped in bodily tissue. It most commonly affects the hands, feet, arms, ankles and legs, which are also common locations for wound sites. The fluid buildup can cause blood vessels to harden and restrict blood flow. This compression can damage skin, leading to ulcers.

Superficial wounds may only require local first aid. However, some are deeper and would require medical attention to avoid loss of function and prevent infection. The common symptoms that indicate you have wound include pain, bleed, and swelling. Although some wounds can be treated personally but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Penetrating wounds

Rupture injuries

Many are superficial and only require local first aid.

“So, when you have any wound, instead of engaging in self-treatment and self-medication, contact Servants Approach Consulting for proper wound care.”

Digestive diseases are disorders of the digestive tract, which is sometimes called the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.

In digestion, food and drink are broken down into small parts (called nutrients) that the body can absorb and use as energy and building blocks for cells.

The digestive tract is made up of the esophagus (food tube), stomach, large and small intestines, liver, pancreas, and the gallbladder.

A digestive disease is any health problem that occurs in the digestive tract. Conditions may range from mild to serious. Some common problems include cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, and lactose intolerance.

Tests for digestive problems can include colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy, capsule endoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and endoscopic ultrasound.

Many health care providers can help diagnose and treat digestive problems.

A gastroenterologist is a physician specialist who has received extra training in the diagnosis and treatment of the digestive disorders.

The skin is the body's largest organ. As a result, it should be essential in day-to-day care and total wellness just as the heart, liver and other vital organs are. The skin is incredibly resilient in its nature, and approximately every 30 days it completely regenerates. Because of this, the outer layer of skin will be gone within 7-10 days. Such insight suggests the skin is reliant on healthful living in order to function and to look its best.

Many people believe that unhealthy skin is unclean skin, but this isn’t necessarily the case. While it's always a good idea to keep the skin clean and cared for with quality, external skin care products, it is the health offered from the inside that will provide the best results in overall skin health.

The most common causes of unhealthy skin stem from chronic dehydration, poor nutrition and poor blood flow. Combined, these factors reduce the oxygen and nutrient delivery to the inner layers of the skin. The most common cause of unhealthy skin is a poor diet. Diets high in refined sugars, meats, processed grains and dairy will eventually lead to inefficient physiological function.

Diets built on the foundation of water consumption, and building up from that foundation with vegetables, fruits, essential proteins and limited animal proteins, will enjoy a wonderful starting point for healthy skin. Good diet leads to better performance throughout the body, including the digestive system, where the process of nutrient absorption begins.
